To develop and apply advanced knowledge and understanding in the students’ broad integrative knowledge and their specialized knowledge (analytic fluency)

To develop and apply skills in effectively analyzing and conducting research to inform professional practice (quantitative and/or qualitative fluency)

To develop and apply effective speaking and/or scholarly writing skills (communication fluency)

To develop and apply leadership qualities and skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and policies (evaluation fluency)
