BUSI 5503 - MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING

This course provides the manager with a review of managerial accounting in organizations. Company performance will be evaluated through the review of both financial and non-financial performance measurements. Problem-solving skills using accounting information are developed through cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis and decision analysis. Budgeting to support the strategic goals of the business will be a focus. Various capital budgeting analytical techniques will also be reviewed.
