BUSI 5513 - MANAGERIAL FINANCE This course focuses on applying accounting principles in financial decision-making processes within an organization. Students will explore integrating cost management systems with financial strategies, capital budgeting techniques, and evaluating funding options, including debt and equity. Emphasis will be placed on financial statement analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, and capital budgeting, enabling students to make informed financial decisions. This course will also address the ethical considerations in financial management and the role of finance in supporting sustainable business practices.
