BUSI 5983 - STRATEGIC FRAMEWORKS This course serves as the capstone course for the MBA program. This course applies a quantified systemic understanding to comprehensive exploration of strategic management, focusing on assessing organizations’ internal and external environments. Students will delve into key strategic issues leaders face in contemporary organizations, examining real-world cases to apply theoretical concepts and models learned in earlier coursework. The course emphasizes integrating the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program to better understand complex cases and provide strategic recommendations to address identified business problems.
