BUSI 5913 - ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PRINCIPLES This course examines the human factors of operational and organizational strategy. This course explores key organizational behavior theories and models, including motivation, personal instincts, leadership styles, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Through case studies and applied assignments, students will analyze real-world organizational challenges and apply Quantified Systemic Understanding strategies for enhancing effectiveness and risk management.
