BUSI 5913 - ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PRINCIPLES This course examines the human factors influencing workplace performance, leadership, communication, and decision-making. This course explores key organizational behavior theories and models, including motivation, personal instincts, leadership styles, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Through case studies and applied assignments, students will analyze real-world organizational challenges and apply Quantified Systemic Understanding strategies for enhancing effectiveness and risk management.
